POLICE PATROLS
The Palm Beach Gardens Police Department patrols within the Mirasol gated community on a random basis for traffic and seat belt violations.  For your safety and the safety of the community, please drive carefully, obey the speed limit and buckle up. 
 
MAILBOXES
All mailboxes are initially installed by the developer at the time of construction. Your Village Association is responsible for general maintenance and minor repairs such as cleaning, painting and securing of bolts. The cost of major repairs or replacement is the responsibility of the homeowner.  For instance, if your mailbox is hit by a vehicle and you are unable to contact the vehicle owner to seek restitution, that major repair or replacement is your responsibility.   Please contact your Property Manager to schedule repair or replacement of a damaged mailbox.
 
Keep in mind only the street address number will be permitted on the mailbox structure with a maximum letter height of one inch and no decorative feature can be added to the standard Mirasol mailbox!

MAIL
The post office has notified us that if mail is not taken out of the mailbox after 2-3 days the mail carrier will remove all mail and send it back to the post office. Please make sure that you notify the post office of a change of address or suspend service while you are away.

ASSOCIATION CORRESPONDENCE
Homeowners who would like to change their mailing address for Association correspondence should contact their Property Management Company. If your Property Management Company is Lang Management please call 1- 800-766-7844.
